“LINKS” is the official journal of the Council of British Chambers of Commerce in Continental Europe (COBCOE) and is published twice a year.

It typically features stimulating articles from high profile British and European politicians, covers COBCOE news as well as news from the COBCOE member chambers and includes an editorial by Howard Rosen, President of COBCOE.
