The Jeeves Group of companies is involved in the financial services sector serving private and corporate clients. We structure, form and manage offshore and onshore entities on behalf of our clients.

The Chairman of the Group is Bryan Jeeves OBE who moved to Liechtenstein in 1962. Subsequently he got involved in the offshore business while remaining active in other commercial businesses for a long time. Today the group consists of approx 35 staff in Liechtenstein and 9 staff in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. His son Alexander Jeeves is the Managing Director of the group. The group also has licensed trust companies in St. Lucia and St. Kitts and Nevis. In October 2004 Jeeves Group (Asia) Ltd. in Hong Kong was added to the group in order to serve international clients in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as to offer Asian clients the group's services in other jurisdictions.

The staff includes accountants and lawyers admitted in the UK, St. Vincent & the Grenadines and Liechtenstein.

While the group has its own offices and staff in St. Vincent & the Grenadines the group's head office is in Liechtenstein.

We have duly licensed trust companies in both jurisdictions as well as in St. Lucia and St. Kitts & Nevis but also manage other offshore and onshore entities for our clients.
